How do I register as a seller?

Start with a free registration. Then go to your account dashboard and select the “Vendor Registration” menu to apply to become a seller. Fill in the required information as specified by the system. The team will review and notify you of the result. This usually takes a short time. Once approved, you can immediately list products, manage your stock, and track orders.

What products can I sell?

You can list authentic collectibles in good condition, such as: Trading cards (raw and graded), Sports collectibles, Sealed hobby boxes, Designer Toys / Vinyl Figures, Collectible coins and banknotes, Comic books, art books, and similar items. All items must be authentic and not violate Thai law. Selling counterfeit, imitation, or prohibited items is not allowed.

Are there consignment fees?

There are no upfront costs for listing items. The platform will only deduct a commission fee upon successful sale. The fee rate varies depending on the product category and can be found in the seller dashboard. There are no hidden fees.

What is Signature Select Consignment?

This service is for high-value or premium items, such as rare trading cards or top-tier collectibles. Sellers can submit items for review on a case-by-case basis. If approved, Tongkam will handle all steps, including: Listing the item, Securely storing the item, Managing the sale and shipping. You can contact our team directly for more details.

How to list and manage items?

Log in → Go to the seller dashboard → Select “Create Listing”. Upload high-resolution photos of the item from multiple angles. Provide complete details, such as condition, authenticity, and selling price. The listing will be reviewed before publication. If it meets the criteria, it will quickly appear in the system. Sellers can edit or close the listing at any time through the dashboard.

When will I receive payment?

Upon successful sale, the money will be credited to your account balance after the buyer confirms receipt of the item, or the system's automatic payment period has expired. You can withdraw funds through supported methods, such as bank transfer. Details of the payment cycle and remaining balance can be checked in the seller dashboard.

Rules regarding authentic and prohibited items?

Sellers must certify the authenticity of the item and should provide proof, such as a certificate or clear photographs. If the product is found to be counterfeit, contains inaccurate information, or falls under prohibited categories, the account may be suspended or permanently terminated. The platform conducts regular checks to maintain the standards and credibility of the marketplace.

Shipping for Sellers?

Sellers are responsible for shipping costs. Please clearly state shipping costs and methods on your listing page. Use reliable shipping services such as Kerry Express or Thailand Post, and always include a tracking number. Shipping is only available within Thailand.

What should I do if a buyer opens a dispute?

If a dispute occurs, the system will notify the seller. Please prepare evidence such as product photos, proof of shipment, or conversation history for consideration. Generally, disputes can be resolved through direct communication. If necessary, the platform will help mediate fairly. Sellers who comply with the rules will be protected according to the system's policies.

What is the Vault-to-Buyer Program?
