Vault-to-Buyer

Tongkam Vault provides secure storage service in Thailand for trading cards that are listed for sale on the Tongkam Marketplace. The service includes Vault-to-Buyer fulfillment, so cards remain in secure custody from storage through to delivery to the buyer. Follow these straightforward steps to securely store and list your premium trading cards or collectibles for sale through our Vault-to-Buyer service. Your items remain in protected custody from intake to buyer delivery.

  1. Eligibility Review
    Reach out via our preferred LINE Official @TongkamTH, email info@tongkam.com, phone (092) 826 7578 or visit us in person. Provide details about your collection (photos, scans, or descriptions work best). We'll assess eligibility based on card quality, market demand, and program fit. No formal online form is required — Simply get in touch to start the conversation.
  2. Agree on Pricing and Terms
    Once approved, we'll discuss and confirm listing prices, commission structure and any other terms. This ensures transparent expectations before proceeding.
  3. Deliver Your Cards to Tongkam
    • Preferred: Walk-in to our physical store (222/40 Phonprapanimit Road 17, Nongprue, Chonburi 20150). Bring your cards during our open hours (10:00 AM – 1:00 AM daily) for immediate handover and verification—no shipping risks.
    • Alternative: Shipping. If walk-in isn't possible, ship securely to the address above. We strongly recommend recording a clear video of your packaging and sealing process as proof of condition and contents. Note: Tongkam is not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party carriers during transit.
  4. Processing and Vault Storage
    Upon receiving of goods - Your cards enter our secure intake process. For shipped items, we record an unboxing video to document condition. We handle cards with maximum care: never removing protective sleeves, semi-rigids, or one-touches to preserve top quality. Once processed, they move directly into our climate-controlled, secure vault and become available for listing in the Vault-to-Buyer section.
