Photos, Camera, and Device Image Uploads

To provide essential marketplace functionality, Tongkam requires access to your device's camera and photo library. We only access, collect, and process images that you explicitly choose to select or capture within the application. These images are utilized solely for the following purposes:

• Account and storefront customization: Allowing users and vendors to upload profile avatars, store icons, and marketplace cover banners.
• Product listings: Enabling vendors to upload high-quality product images, item condition photos, and continuous packaging media to prove item state before shipment.
• Dispute and support attachments: Allowing buyers and vendors to upload image evidence, such as continuous unboxing videos or photos of damaged packages, to resolve open transaction disputes via the customer support chat channels.

2. Data storage and retention

• Server hosting: Images uploaded to the platform are securely transmitted and hosted on the Company's protected cloud storage servers to display your storefront listings and maintain chat continuity.
• No background collection: The application never reads, scans, accesses, or indexes your local photo storage in the background, nor does it collect any images without your direct interaction.
• User control: You can grant, restrict, or revoke camera and photo library permissions at any time through your device's native operating system settings. Restricting access will limit your ability to upload visual media but will not prevent you from browsing the marketplace or making purchases.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
