Is prepayment required for Preorder Allocations?
Yes. To lock in our special early-bird loyalty pricing, 100% full prepayment is required at checkout. This secures your specific units natively from our allocation before wholesale availability tightens.
What is the cancellation and refund policy on preorders?
If an allocation cannot be fulfilled after our 30-days of the promised delivery date you will be granted a 100% full monetary refund or instant store credit.
Do I earn Reward Points on Preorder Allocations?
No. To pass the deepest possible upfront discounts directly to our community and sustain our wholesale liquidity models, reward point generation is completely bypassed for all items in the Preorder Allocation section.
